She searched the whole store up and down until she found me the perfect dress. I will recommend it to everyone! So helpful, and we never felt rushed. Lauren knew the dress I had my heart set on and had picked out similar dresses. She was very helpful with what styles would look good with my petite body. The girl that helped me find my dress understood what I was looking for and didn't try to put me into anything that i wasn't comfortable with. Needless to say, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Lauren read all of my cues and hints and took them to find MY dress. I ended up loving a dress that I didn't think would look good on me at all. They truly made my gown shopping experience 100% stress free. hat I was looking for. Thanks again Cinderella Bridals! I am not one to complain or write a bad review but my Today I had the privilege of buying my wedding dress from Liz! They then told me that that specific dress does NOT come in the color I wanted and brought all my girls there for so as a bride I was very upset. The manager, Pat was a pleasure to work with! The staff was kind, and they worked with me and found me the perfect dress despite my low budget. I had ordered my dress with a corset back and she was able to beautiful construct a zipper and button back. And she hit the nail on the head! Wonderful overall experience!! This was the easiest experience I ever had! The associate did not apologize for the error in the scheduling. The staff was great and the dresses were beautiful. I found my dress during my first visit! They are very limited in the sizes that they carry in the store. For example, if a woman being measured fits the designers size chart of 10 in the hips, an 8 in the waist, and a 14 in the bust, the dress size ordered should be the 14 in order to accommodate the bust size and the dress would need to be taken in everywhere else. I think any bridal shop does this. I had wanted to look them up on the Jim Hjelm website to see what other colors were available and if there were any other bridal shops that sold the dresses. So now I had girls with huge busts in strapless dresses which is EXACTLY what I didn't want. Helga was a great supporter during the fitting sessions. I highly recommend. I walked in with a list of dresses and they showed me what they had in stock as well as similar dresses. They were the best. 3. Laura Diaz helped me find my dress and she was absolutely fabulous! I also used them for my alterations and my dress fit like a glove! It is filled with hundreds of well priced designer gowns, veils, and jewelry. Every fitting appointment went perfectly (even when I accidentally lost 30 pounds) and on my wedding day I not only felt like a princess, but looked like one too! I can't wait to see my dress when it arrives! Even as the nerves set in about saying yes, she kept me calm and allowed me to take my time to decide. -At the appointmentI bring the bridesmaids in for the appointment, and mention again that I want them to try on the Jordan 770 dress.this is when they proceed to tell me that they will no longer be carrying Jordan dresses, mind you, I have mentioned this on the phone at least 3 times and no one said anything about not carrying that designer anymore. She was patient and accommodating. I think from the moment we walked in the door to the first bridesmaid measurement was a half and hour. Bridals and had no need to worry anymore. After having a horrible experience at another salon coming here was a dream! The seamstress did a fantastic job, and I didn't want to take my dress off by the end of the night. They all had their dresses ordered several sizes too big and had to argue to order smaller sizes which were still at least 2 sizes too big (so we had to pay a ton of money to have them altered). This is because the gowns cannot be let out for a part of the body that does not fit the ordered size. My dress came in quicker than expected and they had a veil that matched the beading from the dress perfectly. Working with Cinderella was like working with family. I went back to them to get my dress altered and the seamstress worked her magic on me as I lost some weight (and probably gained some more a couple weeks leading up to the wedding!). er alterations you can think of. All of the gowns (mine included) came in with plenty of time for alterations. They are so in-tune with the bride here! Now the girls go to get altered. My only regret after all said and done would have been to make my dress a little shorter because I kept tripping on it once I took my heels off. I wouldn't go as far to give this vendor 0 stars, but I definitely wouldn't give higher than 2 for the following reasons: I bought my Maggie Sottero Gown there and absolutely love it! I had the best experience at Cinderella Bridal. They both were professional and well adjusted to dealing with picky brides (like myself!). Loved her!!! She was incredibly knowledgable and helpful.
